Return & Refund Policy

There could be certain circumstances beyond our control where you could receive a damaged / defective product or a product that is not the same as per your original order. The original cost of goods is completely refundable subject to conditions of returns as follows.

• Damaged / Defective product should be notified to us within maximum 48 hours of delivery.
• Products/Items should be UNUSED.
• Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels and invoices.
• It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of goods in transit

However, it may be noted that the original shipping charges are non-refundable and the customer will need to pay towards shipping charges for return of goods.

Initiating goods returns

Goods return can be initiated on Musttt Designs goods return center https://returns.aftership.com/musttt by following the below steps.

• Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start a Return
• Follow the screen instructions and select the items you want to return
• You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines

 

The return process of the product can be restricted depending on the nature and category of the product.

Change of mind after purchase for the items will not be entitled for any refund.

Refunds:

We will process the refund after receipt of the product by Musttt Design. Refund will be processed based on the mode of payment of the order

• Any returns after 30 days of purchase are in form of store credit only.
